Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 8–14 business days
- Total: typically 9–16 business days from order to doorstep
We want to be straight with you about this: ShowerPod ships directly from our manufacturing partner, which is how we keep the price at $24.99 instead of $40. The tradeoff is that it takes longer than a big-box marketplace. If you need something in two days, we're not the right shop for that order.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email immediately, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse — usually within 48 hours. Tracking can take an extra 2–3 days to start showing scans. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most of the EU. If checkout won't accept your address, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Customs and duties
For most destinations there's nothing to pay. Some countries may charge import duty or VAT on delivery, which is set by your government and outside our control.
Something's wrong with my order
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you. No argument.
