This website is operated by ShowerPod. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ShowerPod. We offer this site, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from this store, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products and pricing
Prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders them exactly.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Product use and limitations
ShowerPod is designed to protect a mobile phone from spray, splash and steam in a shower or bathroom environment. It is not a waterproof diving case. It is not rated or warranted for submersion, swimming, bathing underwater, or exposure to saltwater, chlorinated pools, or hot tubs.
You are responsible for installing the adhesive mount correctly on a suitable clean, dry, non-porous surface, and for confirming the mount is secure before placing your phone in the case. We are not liable for damage to a phone resulting from improper installation, use outside the stated purpose, or product failure beyond the value of the product purchased.
5. Accuracy of information
We strive to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free, complete, or up to date. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without notice.
6. Customer reviews shown on this site
Reviews displayed on our product pages are genuine, unedited reviews of the same product collected from our supplier's marketplace listing, and are clearly labeled as such. They were written by purchasers of the product, not necessarily by customers of this store. We display both favorable and critical reviews.
